Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Krust Bakery to provide your cake, cookies and pastries for your celebrations. Please see below for our Terms and Conditions.

Payments and refunds
We require a non refundable deposit of 20% to secure your booking. The final amount is due 1 week before collection date.

Any alterations must be confirmed 1 week before collection date. Any alterations after this will incur a fee.

We understand that situations and circumstances may change and you might need to cancel your booking, we appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to move your date to another date within 6 months if this is more than 7 days to collection date. If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days prior to collection date, you will forfeit your deposit for any work that has commenced.

Any customised, personalised toppers and images will need to be paid in advanced and will need 2 weeks notice.

COVID Clause
In the event due to COVID-19 restrictions:

If work on your order has not commenced, you will be entitled to a full refund minus anything that has been spent prior to your collection date. This includes but not limited to cake toppers, cake images, ingredients and decorations.

If your order has been started or completed, you will need to arrange collection. I can provide correct instructions on how to freeze your cake to keep it as fresh as possible should you then wish to freeze for a later date.

Sickness and accident
In the unfortunate event that Krust is unable to fulfil your order outside our control due to sickness or accident, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund all monies paid by you relative to the order with no further compensation payable to you. We will try our best to find a suitable replacement business for your order. However, this is subject to their availability.

Allergies and dietary requirements
As the customer, assumes all responsibility to inform your guests that your order contain eggs, dairy, gluten and traces of nuts,

Whilst we make sure that there is no cross contamination, sometimes it’s out of our control. Krust takes no responsibility for personal injury to the customers or guests occurring due to consumption of our products.

Collection

Cake orders:

Please be mindful that weather may impact the stability of your cake especially in high temperatures. We keep your cakes in our commercial cool room to keep the cake stablised as much as possible before pick up.

If it is a warm day (anything above 24 degrees celsius), your cake is better left inside an air conditioning room.

We take no responsibilities for any cake that has been left out on display and have collapsed due to negligence.

We take no responsibilities for the security of your cake including but not limited to the temperature and delivery by you to your event once it has left our premise as this is both out of our control. We will give you clear instructions on how to manage and deliver your cake before collection.
